A post-industrial noise supergroup collision: we know Nik Colk Void from the band Factory Floor and from her collaboration with Chris & Cosey from Throbbing Gristle; Klara Lewis has been churning out the most unsettling drones and doom metal sounds with her cello for years. As a duo, they use guitars, synthesizers, Euro-rack modular systems, and modulated voices to intertwine – in their words – tender techno and brutal ambient. The third of the project’s vertices, video artist Pedro Maia, delivers psychotropic flickering and quivering images from scratched and processed celluloid.
