1. Getting there: Save money by traveling in groups
If you take the train we recommend you to take a look at the ÖBB Einfach-Raus-Ticket for up to 5 people. (Network card valid throughout Austria for ÖBB's local and regional transport trains, incl. Raaberbahn: S-Bahn, regional trains R, RegionalExpress trains REX)
Also there is a donaufestival group on Facebook where you can offer or find a ride to the festival.
2. Ticket/Wristband
On festival days, from 10:00 am – 6:30 pm at the Klangraum Krems Minoritenkirche, Minoritenplatz 5, 3500 Krems / Stein and from 12:00 pm at the ticket counter on the festival premises, Utzstraße 12, 3500 Krems.
3. Bus transfer Krems-Vienna
donaufestival offers a shuttle bus service on each festival evening from Krems to Vienna Karlsplatz.
Departure 15 minutes after the end of the last concert and 15 minutes after the end of the DJ Line.

4. Limited Admission Tickets / Performances
Due to limited capacities, we kindly ask you to reserve your numbered tickets for the performances Harald Beharie, Kim Noble, Francesca Foscarini & Cosimo Lopalco, Anna-Marija Adomaityte & Gautier Teuscher, as well as for the workshops by Kilian Jörg and Julia Grillmayr. Requests for remaining places can be made 20 minutes before the beginning of the event at the respective venue. No admission after the beginning of the event.
We kindly ask you to pick up your numbered tickets at the ticket counter up to 30 minutes before the beginning of the event. Thereafter, the reservations are no longer valid. How and When?
Please reserve your free numbered tickets for the desired event online from Tue, April 25 on. For all other events, the “First come, first served!” principle applies.

5. Free admission to museums
All valid festival tickets (2023) of the NÖ Festival und Kino GmbH entitle holders to one-time free admission to Kunsthalle Krems, the State Gallery of Lower Austria, Forum Frohner, and the Caricature Museum Krems in 2023.
6. Data Protection
donaufestival events are documented with image and video footage. Upon attending an event, you grant your consent to appear in the footage as part of the festival audience. In the event you should wish for certain photos of yourself to be deleted, please feel free to contact us at any time.
